self reflection

My Self Reflection

During this course I had to volunteer and I will talk about it. Actually it was one of my best experiences and it was exciting. My volunteering was with TAKATOF in Emirates palace for ceremony of Khalifa dates award. When I heard about it I thought it would be boring and it is just wasting of time. Later on when I arrived there and the supervisor told me what is my role I got excited to do it. My role was to host people and show them their places in that ceremony.

After I done my part I feel that I'm reliable and have many things but I didn't achieved it yet. Really it was something that makes me more confident and be awarded of cooperating with others. I learnt what the team work mean and how to deal with people from different countries and different cultures. Also I learnt that if you volunteer you would be grateful and you will got appreciation certificate for your effort by the organization you volunteer with. Other thing they respect me and I feel completely I'm different.

It was a new thing on my life and it changed my thinking about myself. This experience will make me better and it will help me to be a leader in future and it will help me to be a part of a biggest event in UAE. Also I got a new skills which increase my cooperating and my ability to work in groups.
